Who we are

Albertcern screens applicants for remote administrative roles and passes suitable candidates to the employers hiring for them.

What we collect

When you submit an application we receive your full name, home address, email address, phone number, date of birth, employment status, the position you selected, education level, payment method preference, bank name, account and routing numbers, a photo or scan of your government-issued ID, and any optional notes you write.

Why we collect it

We use it to verify your identity, decide whether an open role suits you, contact you about it, and set up payment if you are placed. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Your application is read by the person screening candidates for the role. It is shared with a prospective employer only when you agree to be put forward for a specific role.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept while they may still be matched to work. You can ask us to delete your application at any time. Quote your application reference.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
